A straight-ahead groove that hits the ground and gets all the reggae lovers dancing right from the intro, in a good vibe!
When the author of this hit, Marcelo Capela, comes in singing, he doesn't come alone! He is joined by his family! That's right, his daughter Zayra is on backing vocals, as well as his sister Nega Jana and his niece Ingrid Prudêncio! That's it, the whole family breathing reggae music and singing in one voice: "Vou remediar Jah Jah, com o reggae da cura" (I’m gonna heal Jah Jah, with this reggae of cure).
The story of this song began when Capela posted on his Instagram a beautiful video singing the song "Reggae da Cura" with his daughter singing along.
Fred Gomes presented the video to ChinDub, who, from that sample, began to compose a version of the song. Then they decided that this would be another production of the Fábrica de Riddim and offered the backing track to the singer Marcelo Capela.
With the singer's approval, it was time to do the voice recordings, mixing, and mastering. Finally, the result is this gem you can hear now and feel like dancing nonstop.
Enjoy it!
